Commissions
Contact me on instagram, I take orders there !RULES:
WORK - I do not work on the written descriptions, I need a context and a reference sheet .PAYMENT - will be made through Paypal .REFUNDS - No refunds allowed after making the payment so be sure you really wish to commission at me.
(for big orders like full render commissions you can pay half the price and after the completed and colored sketches the full amount , to be sure you like the product )TIME - I'm a very slow artist, so please expect wait time to be at least 2 weeks or more for full render commissions or big orders ! If you are not okay with this, please do not commission me , and if you do don't rush me .COPYRIGHTS - I own full copyright to my artworks . I will put my watermark on every drawing .USAGE -The artwork commissioned may not be used for commercial profit (or NFT) unless you don't tell me from the beginning that it is made for the purpose of commercial use and I do charge you more for that .PRIORITY - My personal projects have priority so I can put your commission on hold ( I'll let you know in advance if I do it) .You (as a client) are allowed to re-post the commission or use it as your profile photo on your page , but it must be credited including the link or username of my Instagram(@Sfidator).AGREEMENT - By paying for the commission, you automatically agree to these terms of service. These terms of service can change at any time and it is the responsibility of the buyer to read, agree to, and follow them.I have the right to cancel a commission without explanation.

PAYMENT - once the payment is made through paypal the design will belong to you but not the copyrights .EXCHANGES - Any of my designs can be sold, traded, or gifted no matter how you obtained them.RESALE - If you want to resell my design do not sell it on more than the original price , in case you don't follow the rules, I CLAIM THE DESIGN MYSELF .USAGE -The design and art may not be used for commercial profit (or NFT) .DO NOT delete my watermark from the reference.You can make small changes to the design once you buy it , DO NOT CHANGE THE GENDER .You (as a client) are allowed to re-post the original design or use it as your profile photo on your page , but it must be credited including the link or username of my Instagram(@Sfidator) .AGREEMENT - By paying for the design, you automatically agree to these terms of service. When buying a base from me, you are allowed to create your own designs to sell or for personal use .You can make small changes to the base.Changing the species or the gender is NOT ALLOWED .You are NOT allowed to share or sell the base .Do not delete my watermark.
